Bonding between Dancers and Audience

In a local program, I remarked a woman. Probably the guardian of one of the students from that institute which organized the program. Her excitement about the performance catched my attention. And the excitement was about her little girl performing on the stage, she was literally dancing from the audience during the performance. But when it was time for others to perform she was there like a dead, she might have not even looked at the stage and most of the time she was not even there. An artist becomes successful when he/she properly reflects the extract of the story that is being shown and the audience gets connected to it. But for that, the audience must have an open mind to give everyone the same opportunity as to what is they are trying to express and then only the connection among the audience and the performer is possible. On top of that when it is for beginners especially for kids at least for them we should appreciate their efforts otherwise they will become horrified and most probably they will not agree to perform because of the lack of confidence which entered into them out of the deadly face of the audience. Does it take too much to clap for a child?

Everyone must put themselves in the similar circumstances and think about how will it make them feel if their own child is performing and the only person who is appreciating is the guardian itself and no one else. Before expecting something from others we should learn to give something, after all, it is not going to harm your pocket to cheer a little for the efforts of our upcoming new generation.
